Royal Roads University has entered into a partnership with the 91Ô­´´ Film School that will give students an opportunity to receive both a diploma from the film school and bachelor’s degree from the university in an accelerated two-year program.

91Ô­´´ folk icon Gordon Lightfoot will tour Canada later this year, with a stop at the Royal Theatre on the itinerary. Lightfoot, 81, will play the Broughton Street theatre on Oct. 30.
