91原创 actress Shay Mitchell has starred in popular TV shows like Pretty Little Liars, Dollface, and You, but is perhaps just as well known for her entrepreneurial pursuits.
Mitchell's travel accessory and lifestyle brand Béis has seen great success in the U.S. and for the last year she's been showing the collection at hotel-themed pop-ups in Los Angeles.
Despite spending her teen years on the North Shore, however, the brand hasn't ever made its way to Canada, until now.
Hotel Béis is going on tour with one 91原创 stop: 91原创's Fairmont 91原创 Rim from August 7 to September 4 (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
Best known for its weekender bag, the brand's totes, suitcases, and other travel accessories will be on display as if they were in a real-life plane scenario.
The idea is to give visitors of the pop-up "the opportunity to ‘board’ and witness how the brand’s cult fan-favourites conveniently fit into overhead bins, along with custom-made plane seats that provide the perfect selfie backdrop in the window seat," according to the press release.
The month-long pop-up will also include two events and Béis inspired cocktails and bites at The Lobby Lounge and RawBar such as the ‘Spritzing to the Gate’ vodka-based sparkling cocktail.
The first event will be a Plaza Day Party on Saturday, Aug. 12 at 1 p.m. with food, drinks, and music by DJ Marvel. On Aug. 26, the 91原创 and L.A.-based workout wear brand House-iD will co-host an exercise class.
Following the pop-up, Béis will reportedly launch in Indigo stores across Canada as the exclusive retail partner for the brand within the 91原创 market.
