Why is former legislative clerk George MacMinn not working under this contract sorting out the financial recordkeeping that was not done properly and is in disarray?
There is always a paper trail and he should be in there working on putting it in order. If there are no records to show what money was spent on, then the amount should be reimbursed by person who expended funds.
It is not good enough for government to just say they will get better at recordkeeping. I would think there is plenty of work for MacMinn to do while he is being paid.
