As we read the latest news of highway service upgrades, coupled with the many access points of concern, I believe it is time to acknowledge that the Pat Bay Highway in Saanich is not a freeway.
There is so much local traffic use and access points, drivers need to accept that it is necessary to watch out for the other guy on this busy artery while we seek solutions to the fact that there are only two primary north/south paths between Royal Oak and Sidney/North Saanich.
