Regarding the additional carbon price of $399 she will pay for her trip, Victoria Mayor Lisa Helps said: 鈥淭he idea is to try to make us pay attention to what we鈥檙e spending on travel and to reduce our travel accordingly.鈥�
If this is of such concern, why doesn鈥檛 she videoconference?
