Re: “Teenage brains are not ready to vote,” letter, Feb. 17.
The letter-writer attempts to use brain physiology as a reason for not giving our young people the chance to choose those who lead. But those same brains the writer dismisses as irrational are driving cars, trucks and vans.
Does that make any sense to your adult brain?
If they are responsible enough to drive, then they are responsible enough to vote.
