It鈥檚 just amazing how our justice system works.
This tragic accident occurred in August 2018, and only now, after seven months, charges are being recommended.
Is there only one toxicology lab that RCMP have access to? Our Victoria hospital labs have up-to-date drug-testing equipment.
I really think that justice delayed is justice denied. And now, Crown counsel will take some time to 鈥渃onsider charges.鈥�
The accident that happened was 鈥渁bsolutely tragic,鈥� and the way this case is being handled is absolutely tragic.
