Questions spring to mind about the run-of-the-river contracts:
鈥� Are the people responsible for them at B.C. Hydro still making poor decisions (the majority of such projects are reported to be viable only during spring runoff) and, if so, why?
鈥� The phrase 鈥渟weetheart deals鈥� has already surfaced in the press. Are such deals legally binding?
