鈥淎 neutral tax that is rebated four times a year.鈥� I haven鈥檛 seen this rebate yet. Will I eventually get cheques by mail or expect direct deposit into my bank account (the government hasn鈥檛 yet asked for my account number)? I can鈥檛 wait to find out.
