April 25: Police can target any聽driver for test

Re: 鈥淧olice won鈥檛 focus on ferry passengers,鈥� letter, April 23. This writer is clearly uninformed. Recent changes to the Criminal Code of Canada allow police authorities to stop any driver and administer a breathalyzer, with or without suspicion.
