I could not agree more with this opinion. The 鈥淪IN鈥� of B.C. Finance Minister Carole James鈥檚 speculation-tax requirements should definitely be challenged in the courts. My most recent correspondence from the Canada Revenue Agency has the first six digits of my SIN crossed out, revealing only the last three numbers. If the CRA respects the privacy of 91原创 residents, so should the B.C. government.
