Canada forward Laetitia Royer has escaped further punishment after being sent off in Canada's win over the U.S. in the World Rugby 91原创 Four Series last Friday.
Canada was reduced to 14 players in the 63rd minute when Royer, penalized for a high tackle, was sent off for a second yellow card. The first yellow came in the 50th minute with the lock paying the price after Canada was warned for too many infringements.
Canada won the game 26-13 in Glendale, Colo. The 91原创s have since travelled to Britain to play No. 1 England next Monday at Twickenham Stoop in London and No. 11 Wales on Nov. 21 at Cardiff Arms Park.
The red card necessitated a trip before an independent judicial committee via video link.
World Rugby said Royer accepted the on-field sanctions. The committee then decided no further sanction was necessary.
The committee was chaired by Uruguay's Juan Pablo Tafernaberry Elorza along with former international referee Donal Courtney of Ireland and former England international player Martyn Wood.
