A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a 58-year-old man who failed to appear in Nanaimo provincial court for sentencing on drug-related charges.
Kerry Chang was due to appear in court on Sept. 20.
Chang is described as five-foot-10 and 190 pounds with short, receding grey hair and brown eyes.
He has dragon tattoos on both arms.
Police ask anyone with information on Chang’s whereabouts to call Nanaimo RCMP at 250-754-2345.
