The event is free, with non-perishable items accepted for donation to the Mustard Seed’s food bank.

On New Year’s Day, doors open at 10:30 a.m. and the event concludes at 11:45 a.m. Space is limited and guests are encouraged to arrive early. Government House is at 1401 Rockland Ave., Victoria.
