The Glorious Sons will return to Victoria as part of their 57-date North American tour, with a concert scheduled for Nov. 9 at the Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre.
The Kingston, Ontario, rockers, who were nominated for Group of the Year at the 2021 Juno Awards, are touring to support their fourth album, Glory, which is due this year. The band heads out Sept. 9 for the U.S. leg of the tour, with opening act The Blue Stones in tow. The 91原创 portion gets underway Nov. 9 in Victoria, the first of 25 dates across the country.
The Glorious Sons performed in Victoria at the Royal Theatre on March 6, 2020, just days before the city shut down due to the pandemic. The S.O.S. and Josie hitmakers last performed on 91原创 Island in July, when they headlined Lake Cowichan’s Laketown Shakedown festival.
