Jesse Roper will have new songs to celebrate during his appearance at the inaugural One Night Only Concert Series at Phillips Brewery this summer.
The Metchosin rocker will be joined by Yukon Blonde, Daniel Wesley, and Lo Waight and the Rattlesnakes for the July 6 event, which is expected to attract 3,000 fans. Roper is recording a new album, which is due for release this year.
The concert will be held at the Phillips Brewery Backyard at 2010 Government St., site of both the Phillips Backyard Weekender and Rifflandia festivals.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. for $36.50 through . VIP tickets are available for $125, which includes admission to the concert along with a Phillips Brewery tour hosted by Roper, meet and greet, and a short acoustic performance by the singer-songwriter.
