Uncertainty over the future of live events during the pandemic has forced the Belfry Theatre to forego in-person performances for its Spring 2021 season.
Productions filmed specifically for the new season will be streamed through the Belfry鈥檚 website starting March 16, the theatre said in a statement. 鈥淭he health and safety of our patrons and artists made changing our approach and abandoning all in-person audiences an obvious and easy decision for us.鈥�
Three multi-camera productions are on tap in the coming months. Being Here: The Refugee Project (March 16-21), Same Old Same Old (June 1-6), and a third filmed production to be announced make up the season. Tickets for the upcoming productions are available now at tickets.belfry.bc.ca.
