Michael R. Brooks has joined Rinald Tax Advisory as tax manager. He was formerly corporate tax manager for the Custom House group of companies and previously worked as a senior tax specialist with KPMG and the Ministry of Small Business and Revenue. Brooks is a chartered accountant.
