AlarmForce Industries Inc. said it is launching a strategic review of its business and opportunities, including a possible sale of the homesecurity company. The Toronto-based company, which operates in Canada and the United States, said it has hired Imperial Capital as a financial adviser to help its board with the review. "Imperial Capital will assist in the identification, evaluation and negotiation of potential transactions," AlarmForce said. AlarmForce provides security alarm monitoring, personal emergency response monitoring, video surveillance and other services to home and business customers.
