From Sooke to Sidney, the Bahá’ís of south 91ԭ Island will be celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Birth of Bahá’u’lláh, the prophet-founder of the Bahá’í Faith, the focus of whose teachings is building a unified world. “Let your vision be world-embracing,” Bahá’u’lláh said. “The world is one country, and mankind its citizens.”
Throughout the Capital Region and around the planet, events small and large have been planned to celebrate Bahá’u’lláh’s birth and life.
There are thirteen Bahá’í communities in southern 91ԭ Island. You are warmly invited to attend whichever event is closest to you, and to get to know your Bahá’í neighbours.
