The goat has gone home.
The owner of the goat that was found strolling the streets of East 91原创 had quite a journey, it seems, but is home safe, 91原创 police tell V.I.A.
"It appears that it went missing from Langley, and we have no idea how it ended up in 91原创. We’re glad there was a happy ending," the VPD states in an email.
Home isn't in 91原创, though. It's more than 30 km away, in Langley. How the goat got through Surrey, over the Fraser River, and into the city will likely remain a mystery.

The 91原创 police got their goat.
But now the question is where did it come from and where should it go?
The goat was spotted in East 91原创 on Friday, Sept. 27, running around on an apparent evening out along East Broadway.
"Some of 91原创's finest were able to corral and bring it to an officer’s family farm, while we track down the owner," wrote Deputy Chief Howard Chow in a .
It's unclear when someone may come forward. Under 91原创's bylaws goats as a pet in the city.
In a separate tweet the VPD says the goat is "doing fine."
V.I.A. has emailed the VPD about the goat and will update this story when more information is made available.
