Are you associated with or running as part of a slate? If so, which one?
INDEPENDENT
Do you live in the municipality where you are running, and if so, for how long? If not, what is your connection to that community?

HOUSE PAINTER AND DRYWALLER, AS EMPLOYER, MANAGER, AND EMPLOYEE
Tell us about your previous elected and/or community experience.
President of Sooke Harbour Players for over 3 years
Board director with the Edward Milne Community School Society for almost 4 years.
Why are you running? What’s your motivation?
To help bring more two-way understanding between the Council and the citizens of Sooke.
And to ensure deep critical thinking and adequate discussion of issues by the Council members and staff.
And manage the tax-payers money with more frugalness!
What are your top three issues?
No one is listening to each other.
Too much social tension and too much polarized segregation.
Sooke’s finances and economy, both privately and with the municipal government, need more long-term stability.

To have Sooke as ecologically and economically stable as Metchosin.
What’s one “big idea” you have for your community?
A huge increase in community and governmental joint ventures in the realm of economy and environmental protection
