Use standard time all聽year long

Re: 鈥淏.C. might ditch time change,鈥� March 8. I agree with cancellation of the time changes, but would be more in tune with going to standard time in the fall and then keeping it that way. We do not need daylight time. Paul Crozier Smith Victoria
