Move giant gnome to聽Victoria city hall

Victoria city council鈥檚 statue problem now has a ready and inexpensive solution. Howard the giant gnome is available for relocation from Nanoose Bay to the Victoria city hall precinct. Please welcome Howard Macdonald, the newest Victoria citizen, who will offend no one. Also, he is the world鈥檚 largest, so the city gets bragging rights as part of the deal.
