The ongoing contention over the fate of horse-drawn carriages coupled with the rise in the price of gas prompts me to believe that it is automobiles that should be banned from the inner city.
Horse-drawn vehicles should not only be encouraged but promoted giving rise to a fresher, quieter, cleaner city for which Victorians would be proud to inhabit and visitors would delight to visit.
