Gerald Butts, the prime minister鈥檚 former principal secretary, testified Wednesday that moving Jody Wilson-Raybould to Veterans Affairs had nothing to do with SNC-Lavalin.
It seems that Wilson-Raybould was ready for this when she testified last week that the day before the cabinet shuffle, her deputy minister was warned by the clerk of the privy council that the first item of business for the new minister of justice would be SNC-Lavalin.
