Dear Tony: Our strata council has decided to defer strata fees for several months during the Covid restrictions.

VANCOUVER 鈥� A historic North 91原创 house in Lynn Valley where one of the Group of Seven artists lived and painted is up for sale. Frederick Varley (1881-1969) called the house at 4395 Rice Lake Rd. his home in the 1930s.

Dear Debbie: I don鈥檛 have a lot of money to spend on art, but do love to take photographs of my garden and the budding cherry blossom trees in our back yard. How would you suggest framing them? I鈥檓 not interested in those cheap black plastic frames.
