A Prince George man police caught with his pants down has been sentenced to 52 days in jail and one year of probation.
When police were called during the early morning of Oct. 17 to a report of a man breaking into vehicles at a parking lot on Ahbau Street, they found they found one with the side window smashed out and Matthew Richard Lozon in the back seat "performing a lewd act."
Lozon, who has previously been convicted of two counts of theft $5,000 or under and one count of possession of stolen property $5,000 or under, was issued the sentence Oct. 24 for mischief $5,000 or under and breach of probation.
