It was very, very hot in B.C. on Saturday.
According to the Government of Canada's website, hot weather records were broken in 34 B.C. locations, with Osoyoos recording a temperature of 40.4 degrees, more than three degrees hotter than the previous Jun. 27 record of 36.9 degrees.
Warfield was a nudge higher at 40.6 degrees.
